Playing more music you can't hear anywhere else, music that is not played on other radio stations. More local news, views and matters of local interest. In 2013 FM99.3 celebrated its 30th anniversary.

NIM-FM (2NIM), is Nimbinâ??s Community Radio Station, and has been broadcasting to the Nimbin valley and beyond since the turn of the century. With a 100% volunteer crew, the station produces a variety of programs focusing on news, national and international current affairs, local community matters and information, environmental, health, spiritual and cultural issues and of course music, particularly local music. In 2006 the station produced a compilation CD of local musicians (Nimbin Homegrown) which it circulated, via AMRAP (Australian Music Radio Airplay Project), throughout the community radio network across Australia.
